Too often, homeowners and developers are forced to coordinate between separate architects, engineers, energy assessors, and builders. This leads to miscommunication, conflicting advice, delays, and cost overruns that nobody seems to feel are worth trying to prevent.

We don’t think any of this is inevitable. TerraLine was founded on the belief that when one engineering-led team handles everything — from the first sketch to the last coat of paint — projects run better, cost less, and deliver a superior result.
