Scope of Services
TerraLine Design provides professional architectural design, structural engineering, energy assessments, and construction management. All services are governed by the specific project brief and formal engagement contract signed between TerraLine Design and the client.
Consultations & Appraisals
Our "Initial Consultation" and "Project Appraisal Hub" provide preliminary expert advice based on information provided by the client. This initial guidance does not constitute a formal design or engineering certification until a full project assessment and fee agreement are finalized.
Structural Integrity Disclaimer
"Technical advice provided through digital channels is subject to physical site verification. TerraLine cannot be held liable for structural decisions made without a comprehensive on-site survey and formal structural calculations reviewed and stamped by our Principal Engineer."
Intellectual Property
All drawings, conceptual designs, and technical documentation prepared by TerraLine remain the intellectual property of the firm until final fee settlement. Clients are granted a limited license to use these documents for their specific project and borough planning applications.
