Oakfield Rear Extension

This single-storey rear extension to a 1930s semi-detached property in Wimbledon presented a series of structural and planning challenges typical of conservation-adjacent residential work. The primary objective was to create an open-plan kitchen and dining space while maintaining the integrity of the existing party wall and preserving natural light to the neighbouring property.
