Project Overview
A steel goalpost frame was introduced to span the full 6.2m width, eliminating the need for intermediate supports and allowing full-width glazing to the rear elevation.
The roof was designed as a flat warm roof with a central rooflight, drawing daylight deep into the plan. Underfloor heating was laid on a 150mm insulated slab, achieving a U-value of 0.15 W/m²K, comfortably exceeding Part L requirements.
